By using YourMusic and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Personalized Digital Product
YourMusic provides personalized digital songs created using the information submitted by customers during the ordering process.
All products are delivered digitally and no physical item is shipped.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery is typically completed within 48–72 hours. Premium delivery may be completed within 24 hours depending on availability and workload.
Revisions
Unlimited revisions are included with Premium orders. Revision requests must be reasonable and related to the original order submitted.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, names, memories, and contact details during checkout and questionnaire submission.
Intellectual Property
YourMusic retains the rights to the creative production, composition methods, branding, website content, and artistic systems used to create the songs.
Customers receive a personal usage license for their delivered song.
Limitation of Liability
YourMusic shall not be held liable for delays caused by incomplete information, technical issues, spam filtering, or circumstances outside our control.
