45-Day Support Policy
At YourMusic, every song is custom-made and personalized specifically for you. Because of the digital and personalized nature of our products, standard returns are not applicable.
However, we are committed to making sure you love your experience.
You have 45 days from the delivery date of your song to contact us regarding any issue with your order.

To begin the process:

Because every YourMusic creation is personalized and custom-produced specifically for each customer:
- Orders cannot be physically returned.
- Completed personalized songs are generally considered final sale.
- Refunds are not guaranteed once production has started.
However, customer satisfaction remains extremely important to us, and we will always do our best to find a fair solution.
π Delivery & Revision Timeframes
Once your order is delivered:
- Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days.
- Approved revisions are typically completed within 2β4 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods.

If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Under EU law, digital personalized products may lose the standard right of withdrawal once production or delivery has begun.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that production may begin immediately.
